Marc founded Cellular Solutions because of one remarkably simple reason. He recognized an opportunity to help tens of thousands of commercial property owners, just like himself, with telecom carrier leases who were being taken advantage by billion-dollar national conglomerates, 3rd party buyout companies, and anyone else who could pull a fast one on the unsuspecting property owner. Marc said, “Enough is Enough” and he decided to build a team of experts that could go toe-to-toe with these companies and uniquely represent commercial property owners and help them WIN!
An entrepreneur with a heart, Marc has spent the better part of 30 years building businesses from a solo independent General Contractor to one of the most respected real estate developers in the Northeast. Marc’s principal firm, The Beantown Companies, has an extensive real estate portfolio and property management division servicing the entire Northeast corridor.
A graduate from Boston University in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration and concentrations in Marketing and Finance, Marc is a proud Terrier.
Marc has two very simple, but powerful motto’s - “Bring me a deal I can’t say no to and I’ll buy it” and “Everyone should be better off having known me.”
A proud family man, happily married to his wife Maureen, and together they have 3 adult children.
